What makes hardware bids comparable

State quantity, delivery locations and timeline, installation or imaging needs, warranty and on-site support expectations, and payment terms. Ask sellers to quote delivered price including freight so the lowest bid is genuinely the lowest.

Post a requirement, verified sellers bid, you compare the offers side by side, and the award is recorded in a digitally signed Award Confirmation Contract (ACC) with a full audit trail.

Is GST included in the bids?

Platform quotes are GST-exclusive unless a seller states otherwise. Ask for GST to be shown separately and confirm treatment with your Chartered Accountant.
